How present on a tablet device using Elite Studio.
There are two main views for Elite Studio when using a tablet.
- The default view provides controls for navigating through the slide deck.
- The panel view (right-hand side) provides access to all the familiar Elite Studio functionality, including the Media Player, Team Chat, and Q&A.
Connecting to a session
Locate the email invitation and click the Present link to access the session. To connect to the webcast to present follow the instructions in the Choose a Connection section of the Elite Studio - User Guide.
- Win OS 10 running latest version of Edge, Firefox, Chrome
- Mac OS 10, 10+ running latest version of Firefox, Chrome
- iPad OS (version 16+) using Safari or the latest version of Chrome
- Connect via the device webcam, not FaceTime
- Android OS latest version on a tablet running latest version of Chrome
Simple and Panel Views
In the default view, alerts when new questions or team chats come in with the red dot next to the Q&A and Team Chat icons. Tap one of those icons to display the Q&A or Team Chat panels.
Access the Setup tool from the hamburger stack menu to organize the existing Storyboard and create poll questions. This is the only functionality available for tablets at this time - additional functionality will be added in future releases.

Configure the View
Tap the Camera panel and then tap the viewing option you prefer.
Send text responses to attendees in the Q&A window. Tap the question and use the on-screen keyboard to type a simple message.
Search for a specific attendee and tap the name to see options for interacting with this attendee.
It’s easy to communicate with the other presenters in the Team Chat panel. Type in your message and tap Send.
You can use the Engagement Tools panel to emphasize any of the engagement tools on the audience console. Tap the Engagement Tools panel, tap the tool name and choose to Center and/or Highlight the tool.
Pass the Mic
Attendees can be promoted from listen-only mode to create an opportunity for more interactive discussion. Attendees can raise their hand and request to be promoted to the video conference. See the Forums | Presenter User Guide page for more information.
Initiating the session
Follow the instructions in the Starting and Stopping the Webcast section of the Elite Studio - User Guide. Ending a Webcast is pictured below.
Navigating the slide sequence
Tap the Next and Previous buttons to move forward and backward in the slide sequence. The audience will see the same slide as the presenter.
