Q&A
Does the Eloqua app support customers using the ON24 EU data center?
Yes
Why does my custom object not show in the cloud feeder?
There are two reasons why your Custom Object will not show up in the Cloud Feeder. The first and most common is that your custom object was not configured correctly. You will need to make sure that you have the below 2 required fields (Email address & Event User ID). Please also ensure that they are mapped exactly as the screenshot below:
Unique Code Field (108 Character Limit) = Event User ID
Email Address Field = Email Address
How often can I have Eloqua sync the data between ON24 and my Eloqua instance?
Please see our scheduled timing page for more information
Why can I not select my Batch Job interval to be 15 minutes?
The reason why the 15 minute interval doesn’t show up in the Cloud Feeder is that this wasn’t an option for our Legacy App. The Legacy app is called “Registrant Data Query Service” and is no longer supported. Instead, we recommend to install the App called “Registrant Data Query Service – API Version”. Once that is in use you will have the 15 minute interval Sync.
Can I use ON24 registration and pass over the registration data to my Eloqua instance?
Yes. In order to pass the registration data over, you will need to install the Registrant Data query service – API version app. When setting up the cloud feeder you will see that the registrant data can be passed to the custom object but we suggest that this data get pushed over to your contact. Please see our setup instructions for more information.
