Learn how to navigate the Exhibit Hall in Go Live.

The Exhibit Hall is set up like a traditional exhibit hall at a tradeshow or conference. Access the Exhibit Hall from the navigation bar on the top right of the screen. Click to access the entire Exhibit Hall or choose a specific sponsor from the drop-down list. Sponsors are organized by sponsor level, and you can filter using the buttons at the top.

Note: Sponsor levels are typically Gold, Silver, and Bronze, but can be customized in Global Options when you add a sponsor in the Sponsors tab.

All event sponsors have a tile with their information listed, including logo, company name, and a brief description.

Click into a sponsor tile to visit their booth in the Exhibit Hall. If a sponsor has multiple booths, they will both appear in a pop up window and users can select the desired booth.

The booth contains customized content for that company and a Chat function, similar to the Main Stage set up.

Sponsors have the ability to offer a video session or 1 to 1 Video Chat with visitors to their booth. They can also highlight their session speakers and include related content for download. Upcoming sessions in the booth will be displayed.
