Your ON24 platform login comes with access to ON24 Training, our customer training portal, designed for licensed ON24 users to learn how to use the platform.
ON24 Training is our dedicated customer education site that centralizes all customer training options into one convenient system. Whether you are brand new to ON24 or an expert, build your knowledge with our online courses, webinars, guides, and more, developed by our experts and designed to help you learn quickly and at your own pace.
Once you've logged into your account, click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner of your account and click the Training link.
All those with Elite logins should start with the Getting Started with Webcast Elite certification. The certification is made up of two courses and a final exam and takes approximately an hour total to complete.
Once certified, check out the other courses on Simu-live webinars, Analytics, or the Engagement Hub, located under Additional Courses. Or find more certification programs under Get ON24 Certified!.
The ON24 Training site also contains a Video Library that can be filtered by product to help you locate a video and learn.
In the Webinars section, you can register for weekly live or on-demand webinars covering basic webcast setup, live event management, and advanced features.
No Webcast Elite Login?
Those on your team who do not have a Webcast Elite login can find training at freetraining.on24.com. This site has introductory courses designed primarily for those presenting your events.
Topics include preparing webinar content, using Elite Studio (and going live with a webinar), and how to pre-record a webinar if you're doing Simu-live webcasts. On-demand webinars are also available.

Premium Training Packages
To best leverage the capabilities of Webcast Elite or Forums, ON24 offers a Premium Training package that provides guidance and best practices on topics ranging from basic to advanced features.
The Premium Training packages include all of the above plus a private Q&A session with a ON24 trainer (up to two hours) to answer questions and review areas of the platform you'd like to learn in more detail.
To get the most out of your Q&A session, we recommend gathering and sending a list of questions/topics beforehand so your trainer can prepare for the call. This will also serve as the agenda for the session.

- The Getting Started with Webcast Elite or Getting Started with Forums certification must be completed before scheduling a follow-up with a trainer, depending on which product you'd like to discuss

We will honor previously purchased legacy Express or Standard training packages. The packages will need to be used before your contract expires. Reach out to your CSM for help.
