Things to Know

• Do not distribute these numbers to your audience.  The numbers provided are for presenter use only.
• Up to 10 Presenters may dial-in
• Toll-free numbers are indicated as such.  All other numbers may incur local or long distance charges depending on caller location.
  • You must be located within the named country to use the toll-free numbers 
• Use the number closest to your location to reduce long-distance costs
• If the number does not connect, try the next closest number to your location

Data Centers

Most ON24 customers are under the North America Data Center, but check to see which data center your account is under before using a phone number.

North America Data Center

• North America (NA) Data Center Present URLs begin with "https://wcc.on24.com/"
• NA Data Center Event IDs are 7 digits long

EU Data Center

• EU Data Center Present URLs begin with "https://wcc.eu.on24.com"
• EU Data Center Events IDs are 10 digits long
• EU Data Center customer accounts have a .eu in their login URL

Live Events

The Live Video present type allows each presenter to connect to the presenter bridge using their preferred method (phone, webcam, or PC microphone). We recommend connecting via PC microphone or webcam, but you can also use the numbers below to dial-in.

Pre-Recorded (Simu-live/On-Demand) Events

Use the numbers provided below to pre-record your event for Simu-live, Sim-2-Live, and On-Demand Recordings.

If running a Simu-2-Live webinar, these numbers will also be used on the live day when the presentation rolls over to live.  Presenters who connect on webcam for the live portion cannot dial in over the phone.  They must use their PC or webcam microphone to speak live to the audience.
