This article explains how to configure the Business Card Engagement Tool within Content Experiences. On any Content Experience within Target, ON24 offers the ability to place a Business Card Engagement Tool. The Business Card allows users to include a contact call to action, providing viewers the ability to view contact information for a sales or marketing representative and contact them with the click of a button.

Click on the Tools tab in the Content Experience.
To add a new Business Card, drag and drop the widget to the right side of the screen.
Hover over the Business Card icon and click on the pencil to edit the tool.
Style the Business Card background color, text color and select the text font.
Note: The only mandatory field is the message but we recommend including a headshot image and completing as many relevant fields as possible.
Viewers can click the Image you uploaded to open the Business Card.
Click on the arrow in the corner to expand the card for more details.
Viewers can then click on the Action button and fill out the fields to get in touch with your representative.
