LMS How It Works

• You will host events in ON24. 
• You will be required to open a one-time case with Support to provision your Learning Management System (LMS) or Aviation Industry Computer-Based-Training Committee (AICC). You will be asked to configure your LMS URL so “students” can register for the ON24 events. 
• Your LMS will push its registration data to ON24 and register your “students” to events.  
• Your “students” attend the event. 
• Your “students” pass or fail the exam, which populates the Elite Earn Certification widget.  
• ON24 has an API scheduled job that runs every hour and pushes the test/exam data (pass/fail score) to your LMS for the qualified students.
