You can create custom URLs, known as Vanity URLs, for your webcasts. All Vanity URLs will share an account level tag, and each webcast will have a unique webcast level tag. The account level tag will most likely be your company name.
Vanity URLs must be lowercase as URLs are case-sensitive. URLs may be alphanumeric, but special characters are not supported. Vanity URLs can be created for Multi-Registration pages.
Account Level Tag
To create a Vanity URL, you must first create an account level tag, which will most likely be your company name.
Log into your Webcast Elite account and select Account Settings from your profile dropdown.
Note: Anyone with a producer login to Elite can generate a Vanity URL. It does not require Manage Users (aka Admin) permissions.
From the Account Settings, enter an account level tag in the Vanity URL section and click Save. This will now be the account level tag for all vanity URLs in your account. Once the account level tag is saved, you can begin creating Vanity URLs for your webcasts.
Now that the account level tag has been set, you can create up to ten Vanity URLs per webcast. To generate the Vanity URL, go to the Registration page for the webcast and open the Additional Customization Options section.
Enter a unique webcast tag. Each webcast tag must be unique to all other webcasts in your account. Vanity URLs cannot be deleted.
Pro Tip: You can still add a Partner Referral code to the Vanity URL to track registrants.
Once created, click the copy icon to copy the Vanity URL to your clipboard. Paste the Vanity URL wherever you'd like to promote the webinar (social sharing sites, email campaigns, etc.).
