ON24 Connect Milestones Using TIBCO Scribe

Purpose: This document illustrates the milestones to integrate ON24 to your end system using TIBCO Scribe.

MILESTONE	STEPS
Kickoff	1. Questionnaire sent (ON24) 2. Complete questionnaire (Client) 3. Welcome communication sent (ON24) 4. In the Connect Knowledge Home Page, review the "Get Started with Connect" section and optional end systems (Client) 5. Schedule kick-off call as needed (ON24)
Setup	1. Assign Integration Support Specialist (ON24) 2. Create Scribe account and invite customer (ON24) 3. Log into Scribe and add connector for API access (Client) 4. Complete API Data Excel spreadsheet for the field mapping request (Client) 5. Setup mappings in Scribe (ON24)
Testing	1. Push test data through Scribe mappings (ON24) 2. (Optional) Provide test user data to pass through Scribe (Client) 3. Validate test data (Client)
Activation	1. Remap integration to production, if necessary (ON24) 2. Confirm integration activation (Client) 3. Activate integration (ON24)
