This page provides the international dial-in numbers for webcasts using the Live Video present type.

The Live Video present type allows each presenter to connect to the webinar using a different device
(e.g. Presenter A uses a PC Mic, Presenter B is on a webcam, and Presenter C dials in using a telephone).  If a presenter does not wish to use a webcam or PC Mic, they may join the webcast by telephone.  

If there is no dial-in number for the desired country, consider connecting to the webinar to present using a PC Microphone.  If you prefer to dial in, note the following: 

• Use the number closest to your location to reduce long-distance costs. 
• If the number does not connect, try the next closest number to your location. 
• You must be located within the named country to use the toll-free numbers
  • Note: Not all numbers are toll-free.

North America Data Center Numbers

EU Data Center Based Customers

If your Present URL begins with https://wcc.eu.on24.com use these numbers.  

How to tell the difference between the North American and EU Data Centers: 

• NA Event IDs have 7 digits, currently starting with a “3”
• EU Event IDs have 10 digits, currently starting with an “8"
• EU Data Center based customers will have a .eu in their platform login URL

If you are an EU Data Center based customer in a country with no number listed use the Amsterdam/Netherlands or London/UK local numbers or consider connecting to the webinar with a PC Microphone.
