What End System to Integrate With
Review this article to help you decide what end system to integrate with.
Where do you see "Registered" data in ON24?
There are two ways to reach the Event Report Dashboard.
1. Go to Elite locate the event and on the far right click on the three dots, then select Reports.
2. Go to Elite -> Event -> Overview -> Event URLs -> Reports
Click on Total Registrants and you will be able to see the details for all the Registrants.
Where do you see ‘Attended Live’ & ‘Attended On-Demand’ data in ON24?
-
Attended Live = A person who attended during the live event.
-
Attended On-Demand = A person who attended after the live event has concluded.
Click on Total Attendees and you will be able to see the details for all the Attendees.
To view if they Attended Live or On Demand, click on three vertical lines on top right and select Attendance.
What are some registration best practice recommendations when data integration is involved?
Please review the Connect Registration Form Best Practices.
What is the importance of enabling "Login Only"?
See the Login Only article.
Does Unified Seamless Registration work for customers using the EU data center?
Yes. For example, this includes the HubSpot webhook and anything else that uses Unified Seamless (https://seamlessreg.eu.on24.com/).
Can I exclude an event from passing through the integration to our end-system?
Yes. By adding the custom tag "APIEXCLUDE" to an event, you can prevent its data from appearing in the API response and avoid passing the data through any ON24 integration service. This feature is useful for scenarios like test events and internal events where data should not be sent to a marketing automation platform.
Note: In regard to REST API, Event-level endpoints will still return the data. Event-level endpoints require clients to explicitly call out the specific eventid in the request path, so these endpoints will return data even if the custom tag has been added to an event.
Where is the eventid and Audience URL Key?
In the example below, the eventid is 1969483, whereas the Audience URL key is 7B54B410106033B31B21B3F14389F66B.
