FAQs - How to locate the ON24 Custom Object data fields on a Contact?

Instructions
Step 1 - Click on ‘Contacts’ from your HubSpot homepage.


Step 2 - Select the Contact that you wish to view.


Step 3 – Locate the ON24 dropdown on the right side of the Contact Page.


Step 4 – Click on the ON24 Event ID.


The ON24 Custom Object data will be in the left-hand column.


Step 5 – To view all ON24 events for a contact, click ‘View associated ON24’.


The list of all ON24 events for this Contact will be presented.
