Information about Salesforce's new enhanced domains and its impact to the ON24 data integrations with Salesforce

On February 12, 2023, Salesforce began the roll out their new enhanced domains. Further information about the timing can be found here. As a result, ON24 customers who have a Salesforce data integration may need to update their TIBCO connection.

• Log into your TIBCO account.
• Click on your Salesforce connection

• Change the “Authentication Type” field to “OAuth.” Do not select “User Credentials.”
• Update the “Salesforce URL” field as shown in the image below. Once you've added your enhanced domain URL, you will need to add services/Soap/u/51.0 to the end of your URL or simply replace login.salesforce.com with your MyDomainName.salesforce.com.

• Press AUTHENTICATE
• Press TEST
