Additional Integration Support (AIS)
This integration service is supported by the Integrations Support team as a one-time engagement to perform specific tasks related to end system integrations licensed through ON24 Connect (e.g.: Delivering data to end systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Veeva, etc.).

When this service may be needed:
- When 4 hours of basic support included with ON24 Connect is exceeded
- When live person support is requested for a walk through of the data integration set up instructions
- When an audit or step-by-step review of existing integration is needed/requested. New hire(s) tend to benefit from this to familiarize themselves with the ON24 Connect configurations and capabilities.
- When moving from one end-system to another or when multiple integrations are in place and one or more needs to be replaced for a new end system.
- Transitioning from the North America to the European Union data center and need confirmation that the setup of the ON24 integration is done correctly.

Integration Management Services (IMS)
This is supported by the Integration Management Services team and is ideal for customers who are building one or multiple integration points between ON24 and one or many end systems. This service has a one-year term and includes a dedicated ON24 resource for support. This service requires a scoping process prior to purchase to ensure needs can be met.

When this service may be needed:
- You (the customer) have multiple end-systems and need dedicated support and consultation of best practices.
- You (the customer) have limited availability of technical resources and wish to be assigned a dedicated technical resource who has historical knowledge of your integration (vs. opening a case and an available resource will be assigned).
- You (the customer) do not want to use the ON24 supported app or connector and would like to use Scribe to customize the integration for specific business needs
- You (the customer) would like to use Zapier but do not have the available internal technical resources.
- Customer wants to build a custom solution using the REST API and needs additional guidance interpreting the data.
- Standard Scribe integration does not support your (the customer’s) needs. Custom or non-standard mapping is required (i.e., writing to an entity that the standard template does not support) to meet business needs.

This integration service is supported by a certified Adobe-Marketo partner as a one-time engagement to perform specific tasks related to end system integrations licensed through ON24 Connect to Marketo as well as related setup and configurations within Marketo.

- When live person support is requested for the completion of data integration set up in both ON24 as well as the Marketo
- You (the customer) has limited access to technical resources and would like a certified expert to help with the integration
- You (the customer) would like data optimization best practice recommendations after the integration is complete
