Benefits for integrating with ON24 and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formally known as Dynamics for Marketing), using TIBCO Scribe (and the Microsoft tool)

Benefits

• The TIBCO Scribe solution will allow you to see attendee engagement data in a custom object, such as survey and poll answers.
• The TIBCO Scribe solution will handle opt-in requests. It'll map opt-ins from ON24 to data fields in Dynamics and then sync the event information using the  Microsoft tool.
• The tool can create new contacts and leads. 

Weaknesses

• Additional timing and resources will need to be allocated since ON24 is required to set up the TIBCO Scribe solution.
