This guide shows Go Live participants what an Elite Webinar looks like within Go Live, including how the interface looks before, during, and after a session.
When running an Elite webinar session in Go Live, the Elite webinar console will be fully embedded in the Go Live session. This allows Go Live attendees to view the same audience experience as standalone webinar viewer. This will slightly change the look and functionality of the Main Stage area.
Before the session starts
Before the session starts, participants will see the console, including presentation area, the About, Speakers, and Related Content tabs, Chat, and the Next in MAIN STAGE session preview. The Entry Open tag will display from 15 minutes before the session starts.
Note: Once the session time begins, the label will change to Live Now. A banner notification stating that Entry to next session is now open along the top of the screen from 15 mins before the session start time.
When the session begins
When the Elite webinar lobby opens, a blue Join Now button will appear for participants to enter the session.
Inside the Webcast Elite session
The Webcast Elite console will appear when participants join the session. The console will include all Engagement Tools enabled in the Webcast Elite Audience Console.
Using the Go Live Chat
The Go Live chat feature is a separate channel from the chat embedded in the webinar console. If the Go Live chat is enabled, a chat icon will display in the toolbar. The Go Live chat display can be toggled on / off by clicking on the icon. When toggled on, the Go Live chat will display as a moveable layer on top of the audience console. The Go Live chat display can include Chat and Polls, and is divided into Event Chat, Session Chat, Direct Chat, and Attendees tabs along the bottom.
Using the Webcast Elite Chat
If chat has been enabled in the Webcast Elite console, attendees will see the webinar chat tool within the embedded webinar. This is a separate channel from the Go Live chat feature above.

When the Webcast Ends
When the webcast ends, participants will see a message stating that the event has concluded. If a post-event survey has been enabled, participants will see the survey. If there is no survey, participants will see a message showing any upcoming sessions and any assets available from the session that concluded.
