You can find all the help you need right within the ON24 platform! Once logged in you can chat with us, access the Knowledge Center, submit a Support ticket, take training, request help with your event, or join our Community of other ON24 users.
Most of our options can be found in the Account Profile dropdown. From here, you can access our Knowledge Center, Support, or Training.
You can find a link for our Community next to the dropdown. You'll find our Chat at the bottom of the platform or the Knowledge Center and Services can be found in the Overview tab of your event.

Chat With Us
You can find Chat at the bottom of your screen. Use this when you need a quick answer to general ‘how-to’ questions. You'll find this icon both in the platform and in the ON24 Knowledge Center.
Our digital companion, Onyx, will help you with what you need. You can enter in a question or choose one of the quick help options. If Onyx is unable to assist, you'll have the option to talk with a live Support agent. Make sure you have an Event ID handy, so they can access your account.
Use the Knowledge Center
The ON24 Knowledge Center is full of how-to guides, best practices, and technical specifications. You can find the Knowledge Center in the Account Profile dropdown in the platform.
Search our Knowledge Center in number of ways.
First, use the search bar at the top to search articles by keyword. As you type in your keyword, suggested articles will pop up. Either click on an article title or click the magnifying glass to see a full list.
You can also browse our articles by category. Click on a tile to see a list of articles.
Once you’re in an article, you can use the breadcrumbs to move back.
Find a list of Recently Viewed and Related Articles at the bottom of the page. You can also click on the Related To links to see more articles for that product.
If the article is helpful and you want to save it for future use, click the Follow button at the top of the article. You can find more information about saving articles here.
Reach out to Support
If you need to submit a technical support ticket or are having a LIVE event emergency, you can reach Support via the Account Profile dropdown in the platform. Click on either Knowledge Center or Support.
Scroll down to the Need something else? section to submit a Support Ticket, access a link to phone numbers if you are having a LIVE event emergency, or find another link to our Chat. Find more information about contacting support here.
Submitting a ticket is your go-to method for technical support. You can either click the Ticket icon in the Need Something else? section or you can Submit a Request from the top of Knowledge Center.
Complete the fields, providing as much information as possible. And make sure you include an Event ID, so we can look up your account.
Once the ticket is submitted, you’ll receive an email you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and a case number will be provided for your records. You can click Reply All to this email and provide additional details or attach any additional supporting documentation (screenshots, slide deck, etc.).
The ON24 Training portal is our dedicated customer education site that houses all of our self-paced courses and certification programs, as well as on-demand training webinars. To access Training, open the Account Profile dropdown from the platform and click Training. Find more information on training here.
You can also access Training from the top of the Knowledge Center.
If you want assistance running your events, the ON24 Services team can help you out. You’ll find an Order Services option in the Overview tab of any event you create. Find more information on the Services we have here.

The ON24 Webinerd Community is an interactive forum for engaging with fellow Webinerds to share best practices and ideas, and to provide feedback to the ON24 team.
You can access the Community from the top of the ON24 platform.
You can also find a link to the Community from the bottom of the Knowledge Center, as well as links to additional content that will help you get the most out of ON24.
