Describes the importance of enabling "Login Only".

The "Login Only" option is strongly recommended when using external registration, such as HubSpot registration, unified seamless registration, and seamless registration. As a result, the ON24 registration page will become disabled. The registrants will use your external registration form to input their information, such as email address, first name, last name, etc. When the registrants are ready to attend the event, they will not be required to re-register or fill out additional registration fields. They will only be prompted to enter their email addresses in the ON24 lobby page to gain entry into the webcast. 

How to Enable "Login Only"

• • Log into the ON24 Platform.
  • Go to the Webcast Elite tab.
  • Click on the event.
  • On the left side menu, click on "Registration".
  • Towards the upper right corner, select "Settings".
  • Toggle on "Login Only" as shown below.

When to Enable "Login Only"

• Enable "Login Only" if the desired outcome is to use only external registration. 
• Disable "Login Only" (default setting) if the desired outcome is to use external registration and ON24 registration.
