Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formally known as Dynamics for Marketing) TIBCO data integration setup instructions
Requirements
- Ensure you know what to Expect and understand How It Works.
- The purchase of Connect is required.
- Complete the implementation of Option #1.
Instructions
- Provision a token and name it "Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys."
- Open a Support ticket if one hasn't already been created.
- Since TIBCO will be the iPaaS provider used to pass data from ON24 to your Dynamics end system, provide the Integration Specialist with your Dynamics admin's contact information.
- Your Dynamics admin will be invited to the TIBCO account. Ensure the admin completes the TIBCO Scribe Connector Guide to create a user account and add the Microsoft Dynamics connector.
- Download and complete the ON24 API Data - Dynamics 365 Excel document.
- Your Integration Specialist will work you through the remaining steps.
