Please contact SAP Marketing Cloud for the most current information.  Since they built the data integration, it will depend on if they use the EU specific REST API endpoints.

Instead of https://api.on24.com, they would have to call out to the base URL https://api.eu.on24.com.

How do I set up external registration?

External registration is not supported. Use Seamless Registration instead.
