LCvista integration is an add on feature that allows ON24 to communicate with LCVista to process user attendance and CPE calculations.

This integration solution is owned and supported through LCvista.  For more information, contact LCvista.

Set Up

Timing

Implementation Timing

The completion time to integrate data from the ON24 platform to LCvista will vary. They have created the data integration and are responsible for provisioning new integrations. Please contact their Support team or your account representatives at LCvista for questions.

Scheduled Timing

Scheduled timing is when the data passes from ON24 to your end system. Reach out to your support team at LCvista for more information on the scheduled timing.

Note: Scheduled timing is different from Availability Timing.

Availability Timing

Availability Timing refers to when data is available in the data warehouse for the integration platforms to collect.

Timing may fluctuate on heavy traffic days.

• Registrant - 15 minutes
• Attended Live - 30 minutes to 2 hours after the event ended
• Attended On-demand - 4 to 12 hours

Note: Availability timing is different from Scheduled timing.

Does the LCvista data integration support customers using the ON24 EU data center?

Please contact LCvista for the most current information.

Since they built the data integration, it will depend on if they use the EU specific REST API endpoints.

Instead of https://api.on24.com, they would have to call out to the base URL https://api.eu.on24.com.

Registration

External registration is not supported.  Use Unified Seamless Registration instead.
