This page provides procedures on clearing your cache for ON24 supported Browsers; Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
Why is clearing your cache important?
Clearing your cache can significantly improve the speed and performance of your browser while ensuring you see all recent uploads and setup changes.
When should I clear my cache?
Platform Support recommends that all presenter console users completely clear their browser cache and close all browser instances prior to accessing the presenter console. As an added precaution against presenter console functionality issues during live events, users should be strongly encouraged to again clear their cache and close all browsers immediately following practice sessions that are run just prior to a live session.
How do I clear my cache?
You can easily clear the cache in any browser with just a keyboard shortcut and a few clicks. Pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Delete buttons together will bring up the necessary menu to clear the cache in each browser. Once the menu is open, the rest is fairly straightforward.
Google Chrome
Uncheck all the boxes except the ones illustrated below. Once there, select Clear browsing data and the cache is clear.
