Timing

Implementation Timing

The completion time to integrate data from the ON24 platform to Zoho will vary. They have created the data integration connector and are responsible for provisioning new integrations.

Scheduled Timing

Scheduled timing is when the data passes from ON24 to your end system.

According to Zoho's Knowledge Center article, synchronization can occur daily or weekly.

Note: Scheduled timing is different from Availability Timing.

We do not believe backfills are available, but reach out to the Zoho support team for clarification.

Registration

External registration is not supported.  Use Unified Seamless Registration instead.
