Webcast Elite Training Options | Your Webcast Elite login comes with access to ON24 Training, our customer training portal, designed for licensed users to learn how to use the platform, but you can purchase a Premium Training package to add on a private Q&A session (up to 2-hours) to answer questions and review areas of the platform you'd like to learn in more detail. |
Webcast Elite Optimization | A one-time service that aims to quickly set your team up for success using Webcast Elite and focuses on your process and webinar strategy. Previously called Webcast Elite Refresh. Must be used within 90 days of purchase. |

Captioning and Localization Services
Make your webinar more inclusive by adding live closed captioning for the hearing impaired and deaf or include translations in order to broaden your viewing audience.
Captioning Services | This page outlines the differences in captioning services provided by ON24, including information on automated subtitles. |
Live Captioning and Translated Subtitles | This feature provides captions or translated subtitles of live webinars, done by a human hand, and can be translated live into over 100 languages, multiple languages at a time. This option is requested on a webinar-by-webinar basis. |
On-Demand Subtitling and Transcription | Request .VTT files to add captions and translated subtitles to your previously run or pre-recorded webcasts. This option is requested on a webinar-by-webinar basis and completed by a human hand. |
Live Audio Interpretation | Live Audio Translations and Live ASL or BSL (American or British Sign Language) are ON24’s Localization team. |
