ON24 users can use the AI-Generated Content feature to automatically create blog posts and eBooks. These assets show up as articles in the ON24 Media Manager and can be edited, formatted with images, and published to your ON24 Engagement Hub.
AI-generated content is created using OpenAI's GPT technology. You retain full ownership of the information you provide and full ownership of the generated assets. ON24 and OpenAI do not use this information for anything other than the requested service.
Things to Know

Creating AI-Generated Content
From Overview Page, toggle on the Generate an event summary with Key Takeaways, a blog, an e-book, and a transcript.
Once the event has run, Key Takeaways, a blog, eBook, and transcript will automatically be created and stored in your Media Manager. You will get all three article types when this toggle is on.

AI-Generated Content Tone (BETA)
You can adjust the tone for the derivative content (Blog or eBook) and provide ON24 with the desirable and non-desirable tone for each derivative content piece. You will need to identify a preferred "desirable tone/positive tone" and "undesirable tone/negative tone". ON24 can input any text values separated by commas.
Tone is usually a part of a company’s branding and could be described in free text. Each company’s tone is unique. There are no specific options, so the input will be open ended.
Note: ON24 does not guarantee any specific functionality or performance of Beta products. To configure this for your account, submit a support ticket.
