Use Cases

Below are some common use cases for these packages:

• Editing studio, webcam, or webcast footage for an upcoming event.
• Conversion of an in-person event to an ON24 webinar.
• Video editing and slide adjustment of current on-demand events for better replay.
• Creation of a brand-new event that is a condensed version of older, longer event.
• Video compilation of the best content from multiple events, with added motion graphics for interest – great for year-end awards or kickoffs.
• Animated intros and animated lower thirds with new branding.
• A 15-min lobby video for live events that helps viewers navigate the platform. Includes a countdown timer to the event start time.

Basic Packages

Video Encoding Services

Package Includes: 

• ON24 specific encoding for files to be used in the platform, including video clips and Presenter Media files.
• Can be multiple files and a combined total running time of 60 minutes or less

Video Editing Package

Package Includes: 

• Up to 20 total edits for events up to 1 hour.
• Includes editing, encoding, uploading, quality control, and slide offsets.  
  • All edits must be provided in chronological order with word cues & time code.
• Service covers a single round of edits with priority service.

Custom Single File Archive

Package Includes: 

• A high-quality single file archive up to 1920x1080 for a single event up to 120 minutes.
• Add a logo or intro/outro slide graphics at the beginning and end at no additional cost.

Advanced Packages

Lower Third Package

Package Includes: 

• Original design and animation of lower thirds using your branding guidelines and event graphics.
• It covers 1 design, for up to 20 individuals and placement in the final video.

Opening and Closing Videos

Package Includes: 

• Original animation of logos and event title with music, using your branding guidelines and event graphics.
• Includes up to 2 unique designs for the beginning and end of your event.

Video Graphics

Package Includes: 

• Includes everything in BOTH the Lower Third and Opening and Closing Videos Packages.
• Plus additional branding options including a persistent corner graphic (video bug)

Lobby and Promotional Videos

Package Includes: 

• Up to a 3-minute animated video with music.  It can be used for an event clip, engagement hub, or lobby video (looped for 15 minutes).
• Voice-over or video talent is an additional cost.

How to Order a Service

To order, use the Video Editing option.

From the Overview page of the event you would like to use a service on, click on the Order Services button.

Choose the desired service, enter in additional details about your request, add additional emails to be CC'd if desired, and select Place Order. 

If you need a quote prior to us providing the service, please indicate that in the details section.
Once the order is placed a confirmation email will be sent notifying you the case has been submitted successfully. A second email notification will be sent once someone from the Services team has been assigned to your request.
