This package aims to quickly set your team up for success using Webcast Elite and focuses on your process and webinar strategy. Providing up to 8-15 hours of service over approximately three weeks for a single workspace, you will work with the customer solutions team on a series of workshop sessions that may include the following:
- Kick-off call
- Series of three 1-hour training workshops for Elite users and presenters including, best practices, and recommendations
- Final Review
- Deployment of new webinar templates, including set-up of webinar console backgrounds and engagement tools
- Deployment of new webinar registration and lobby pages
- Deployment of new email confirmation messages
- Note: The number of service hours, templates, registration/lobby pages, and email confirmation messages delivered will be based on the package purchased.

This package provides up to 8-12 hours of service over approximately three weeks for a single Engagement Hub. A Solutions Consultant will lead multiple workshops focused on building out the registration, developing a content strategy, sharing best practices, and a successful launch.

This package aims to quickly set up ON24 Target and focuses on onboarding the team that will manage it. This package provides up to 8-12 hours of service over approximately three weeks. - Creation of up to 2 new experience templates (including 1 with personalized CTA using segments), up to 2 registration templates and lobby pages, and up to 2 email templates
- Up to 1 hour of service for building segments in Segment Builder
Up to 14 hours of service provided approximately over a 3-week period for single Platform Workspace , which may include:
- Series of 3 1-hour workshop sessions: kick off, product and feature overview, and strategic planning based on customer industry
- Up to 4 hours of training and enablement on Platform features and functionality including AI-powered ACE
- Creation of up to 3 new experience templates (including 1 with personalized CTA using segments), up to 3 registration templates and lobby pages, and up to 3 email templates
- Up to 1 hour of service for building segments in Segment Builder
Up to 20 hours of service provided approximately over a 3 week period for single Platform Workspace, which may include:
- Series of 3 1-hour workshop sessions: kick off, product and feature overview, and strategic planning based on customer industry
- Up to 6 hours of training and enablement on Platform features and functionality including AI-Powered ACE
