This article explains how to resolve a cookie conflict when launching the Webcast Intelligence report.
If launching the Reports URL results in a "Request Entity Too Large" error, it is related to a cookie conflict in the user's browser(s). Please take a moment to completely clear your cache and cookies (make sure you clear both, cookies are key here), close the browser, and then restart.
