Use this guide to prepare the SAML configuration details required to enable single sign-on (SSO) for ON24 applications. Your organization must identify the ON24 application(s) to configure and provide the attribute names your identity provider (IdP) will include in the SAML assertion.
The ON24 team uses the attribute names you provide to complete the mapping.
Before You Begin
Have the following information available:
- The ON24 application or applications you want to configure.
- The client-side attribute names that will be included in the SAML assertion. Attribute names must be alphanumeric.
- The ON24 field each attribute should populate.
-
The ON24 datacenter where your account is hosted: North American or European.
