The Intelligence Dashboard allows users to see an overview of how their event performed including the average minutes viewed for live and on-demand events. This article is for both Webcast Elite and Forums.
The Intelligence Dashboard includes graphical and real-time analytic tools to help measure event success and qualify leads. You can easily track campaign ROI, measure the effectiveness of their content and analyze the engagement levels of audience members.
The Intelligence report captures data for each event and is organized into three main areas - Dashboard, Audience, and Intelligence. Each of these areas can be accessed through the menu on the left-hand side.
Users will land on the Dashboard page by default when launching the Reports URL. The Dashboard page is divided into three sections - Summary, Live Performance, and On-Demand Performance. For all graphs on the page, tracing the lines with your mouse will provide more data about that specific point in time.
Note: For load-balancing reasons, some event data displayed in the Intelligence report may be delayed up to 1-2 hours from when the activity was last completed.
The Intelligence report for an event can be accessed in two ways:
- Open the URLs and click on the Reports URL
- Click on Reports from the Events page
Summary
Information for ALL attendees will be provided in the top portion of the Dashboard.
Each section in the Top Summary has a clickable link that will redirect you to the relevant area of the report.
-
Engagement Score - The average Engagement Score earned by attendees
- The Engagement Score can change over time - Attendees only have one overall engagement score. If an Attendee watches both live AND on-demand, their Engagement Score could change, impacting the average.
- Total Registrants - Displays how many people registered for the event
-
Total Attendees - Displays how many people attended the event
- A Registrant is considered an Attendee once they launch the audience console
- If an Attendee watches both the live and on-demand versions, they will only be counted once in the Total Attendees metric.
- Attendee Conversion Rate % = Total Attendees ÷ Total Registrants
- Registration Page Conversion Rate % = Total Registrants ÷ Total Registration Page Hits
The Event Summary highlights information on event specifics such as:
- Event Duration
- Questions Asked
- # of Poll Responses
- # of Survey Responses
- Take Action clicks
- Related Content downloaded
The Registration Timeline provides information on how many people registered for the event on a particular day.
Upon hover, the total number of registrants for each date will appear.
If using the Take Action tool, the following metrics are available in CTA Conversion rate.
- Conversion Rate – the percentage of all attendees who clicked on a Take Action tool
- Conversions – the number of attendees who clicked on a Take Action tool
- Viewers – the number of attendees who viewed a Take Action tool
Each of these numbers is broken out by AI- Recommended and Custom:
- AI-Recommended - includes all CTAs that provided the viewer with a recommendation based on our artificial intelligence.
- Custom - includes both Custom CTAs and any AI-Recommended CTAs where the viewer was presented with the fallback option instead of an AI recommendation.
Email Performance will show you the Open Rate percentage, the total number of emails opened, and the total number of emails sent for this event. Click on Details to get more information on the open rate for each email sent. In there you'll see the email, subject, the number sent, then number opened, and the opened rate.
Note: Individual Email Client Security Settings may impact this number.
- ‘Opens’ reflect the number of times the tracking pixel has loaded.
- A person may open an email and read its text, but if images are not enabled, the email will not be recorded as opened.
- Many email clients, including Outlook and Gmail, disable images by default, while recipients who opt for plain text emails will also not receive the tracking pixel, which can only be included in HTML emails.
- Confirmation emails sent when uploading registrants will not show on the report.
Audience Feedback provides the average ratings for your event when Audience Feedback is turned on for your account. A View Details link will be available to pull up additional information.
Live Performance
The Summary provides an overview of viewers who attended your LIVE event, including the average minutes viewed, number of Registrants and Attendees, and average Engagement Score.
Attendees who watched the on-demand version will not be included in these metrics.
The Attendance Timeline shows you when attendees were attending your live event. Upon hover, displays how many attendees were watching the live event at a specific time.
On-Demand Performance
The On-Demand Performance Summary provides the total number of attendees who watched your event on-demand, including the average minutes viewed.
- Total Registrants shows the number of people who registered for the event AFTER it went live.
- Total Attendees shows the number of people who watched the event on-demand. Some of the on-demand attendees may have registered for the event BEFORE it went live.
The Attendance Timeline shows you when attendees were watching your event on-demand. Upon hover, displays how many people watched on-demand on the selected date.
The Audience Retention chart displays the percentage of attendees retained for the duration of your on-demand event. Those who viewed the event live will not be included in this chart.
Registration Source
The Registration Source displays where registrants are coming from when the registration source is tracked with a parameter.
Click on Show All to launch the Source report.
The Source report has two main sections:
-
Attendance Conversion Rate - provides the total number of registrants, attendees, and conversion rates by partner referral/location code
- Attendee Conversion Rate % = Total Attendees ÷ Total Registrants
-
Registration Conversion Rate - provides the total registration page views, registrant count, and conversion rates by partner referral/location code
