To access the Audience Report, click on the Reports URL for the event. Once the My Dashboard loads, select the Audience tab on the left.
Things to Know
- For load-balancing reasons, some event data may be delayed up to 1-2 hours from when the activity was last completed.
- A registrant is considered an attendee when they launch the audience console.
- The report will default to showing all registrants (including those who have attended the event) - use the filters, sort, and search options to create a listing of the audience segment you are most interested in.
- If you are providing external access to your event reports, you can remove personally identifiable information if you have Report Access Permissions enabled on your account.
- If a viewer used an increased playback speed when watching the event on-demand, the number of minutes may differ between the Audience tab and the qualification for certification. For example, a 30 minute viewing requirement is part of certification. An attendee watches the full 30 minutes at 2x playback speed.
- The certification report will show as qualified since they watched the full 30 minutes
- The Audience tab will only show 15 minutes viewed
- Both are correct

To filter by how people attended the event, use the Attendance filter.
Choose to filter by Registrants, Attendees, or No Shows.
- Registrants - Lists the individuals who registered for the event
-
Attendees - Lists the individuals who watched the event, live or on-demand
- Note - The number of Total Attendees is not a sum of live and on-demand viewers. If an attendee watches both the live and on-demand versions, their name will only appear once in the attendee report. Therefore, Live Attendees + On-Demand Attendees will not always be equal to the total of attendees.
- No Shows - Lists the individuals who registered but did not watch the event.
Use the Viewer Type Filter to filter attendees by those who attended the Live event and those who watched it On-Demand.
Use the Column Picker to choose which columns are shown. Most column titles are based on the event's registration fields, except for:
- Attendance - shows how that registrant viewed the event
- CDN - Content Delivery Network
- Stream Type -
- Partner Ref - will only show if a partner referral code was used
- UTM Parameters - available if you're using UTM parameters to track your leads
- Hybrid - Registration and Attendance Type - available if your event was a Hybrid event
Click on the column title to sort the report by that field. The default sort is based on Engagement Score, with the highest scores being listed first.
All reports can be exported to Excel by clicking on the download icon. To create a custom report, head back to the Intelligence Dashboard.
For those with Advanced Analytics, clicking on the name of the registrant will bring up the Prospect Engagement Profile.
View additional details about the audience member's viewing session. Click on Attendee Viewing Sessions Report.
The report will display their ID, Name, the Duration they attended in that session, Start Time, End Time, Usage (Archived viewing or Live), Media Stream, OS, Browser, Stream Source, and their IP Address.
