Webcasts, Forums, images, videos, mp3 files, webpages, and PDFs may be added to the Media Manager.
Your content MUST be uploaded to the Media Manager before it can be published to ON24 Engagement Hubs, ON24 Target pages, or social media.
Up to 50 items are shown on each page of the Media Manager. There are currently no limitations to the number of pieces of content that can be stored within the Media Manager.
Content is sorted by date (most recent descending) by default.

A blue line will show the upload progress and estimated time remaining.
Click Add More Files to add additional files to the queue. This option will be greyed out if you have reached the maximum of 100 items allowed in the queue. As the queue is processed, you can add more files to be uploaded.
Click Hide to minimize the details screen. Once the files are uploaded, this button will change to Done.
Click Cancel to cancel uploading the files in the queue.
Note: If you leave the page while the items are downloading, the upload will be canceled.
