Seamless Access to Your Next Event
We’ve made it easier for registered users to stay on track with your events. Now, when a registered user clicks on a multi-registration URL, they’ll automatically land on the next upcoming live event in the series.
This feature is an option initiated by adding a parameter to the end of the multi-registration URL.
This update ensures your audience gets where they need to be without any confusion, creating a smoother and more intuitive event experience.
Global Reach with Multi-Language Support - BETA
Your registration and lobby pages can now be translated into up to five languages, making it easier than ever to accommodate a global audience. The language shown to your audience members will be that of their browser language or the event language if the browser language cannot be detected. To enable this beta feature at no additional charge, simply let our Platform Support team know which languages you’d like to activate. Be sure to also let the Platform Support team know the primary language your team uses. Future versions of the multi-language support feature will require a contract update with applicable fees.
Find the list of languages we support.
Note: This feature is available only for the new Registration Builder.
Expanded Tagging with New Overview Page Fields
We’ve added 5 new customizable fields (3 text fields and 2 dropdown fields) to the Overview page, giving you greater flexibility to tag events based on your unique needs and metrics. With this update, organizing and tracking your events has never been easier.
To enable this feature, work with our Support team to enable the right parameters so that each field meets your needs.
Enhanced Flexibility with Conditional Fields
Event organizers now have the ability to create conditional fields for any custom field using the Display dropdown. This dropdown will be populated with the fields that have been added to the registration form. This update gives you greater control and flexibility in how you collect data, allowing you to tailor the registration experience to your specific needs.
Note: This feature is available only for the new Registration Builder.
Track Up to 15 Levels of Certification Completion
In the Earn Certification tool the number of partial credit levels that can be defined has been increased from 6 to 14. With this enhancement, clients can define up to 15 increments (14 partial levels + 1 full level) for tracking certification completion.
Picture-in-Picture for Screen Share During Live Events
You now have the option to enable Picture in Picture for screen share during a live webinar. With Picture in Picture enabled in your account, the active speaker will display in the upper right corner of the screen share image.
Note: This feature will be implemented by request only. Contact Platform Support for details.
Elite Studio Light Mode
Producers and Presenters logged into Elite Studio now have the option to switch their interface between the default dark color theme and a new light color theme. The selection is personal to the individual presenter.
Find more information on the Elite Studio Interface.
Miscellaneous Enhancements and Fixes
- After the event had ended, admins were unable to toggle the Earn Certification tool on / off using the Console Builder > Tools Selector. This will be fixed.
- For some on-demand events, replying by email to a question that was submitted via the Ask Question tool, would incorrectly populate the TO field with Do_Not_Reply@on24events.com. This has been fixed so that the TO field is populated with the email of the attendee who asked the question.
- When viewing an event through the Preview URL, the previewer could not submit a response to polls. This will be fixed.
Forums
New Forums Options
You now have three options to configure a Forums event.
- Present with Elite Studio - This is the default Forums configuration to present from Elite Studio
- Present from Audience Console - Presenters login to the audience console and have access to start and end the event and recording, turn off camera and mute mics of all attendees and control who has access to screen share.
- Everyone is a Presenter - All presenters and attendees have the same functionality.
The option is set at the event level within the Forums Configuration Panel.
Find more information on setting up a Forums event here.

Remove Name Tags Icons from Archived Events
When viewing an on-demand Forums event, nametags will no longer show such icons as mute, connectivity issue, or presenter badge. This serves to increase engagement and lower distraction when such information is not useful to an on-demand viewer.
Name Tag Sizing Updates
Name tags will now hide icons more often and show the enhanced larger name tags more often when appropriate. Nametags will also shrink more aggressively based on the tile height to reduce obstruction of participants’ video.

Executive Summary: ON24 Performance Insights BETA
Note: This feature will be limited to a select group of customers in this release.
ON24 is introducing a new Performance Insights Email Summary feature in Elite (including Forums events). This feature allows customers to automatically receive post-event performance summaries for Live, Simu-live, and Sim-2-Live events (not relevant for on-demand events) via email, streamlining access to key event metrics and takeaways.
The summary includes details such as event attendance, speaker insights, audience ratings, poll responses, and top-performing companies. By default, event creators, as well as presenters and producers from Elite Studio, will receive the post-event email. However, there is an option to add additional email addresses to receive it. This setting can be configured in three ways:
- Event creators only
- Event creators, presenters, and producers
- Event creators, presenters, producers, and a specified list of additional recipients
Individuals also have the option to opt out of receiving the email.
Nurture Page Report Include Anonymous Users
The Nurture Page Report will now include anonymous users in the Views and Unique Viewers count, improving data accuracy for event analysis. Previously, anonymous attendees were excluded from these metrics, limiting insight into total audience engagement. With this update, marketers can gain a more comprehensive view of how both registered and non-registered users interact with Nurture Pages. This enhancement is available in ACE: Advanced Content & Nurture and Standard+ packages.
Update Toggle Tab Arrow Directions to Match Sidebar Behavior
In Analytics, the sidebar toggle arrow directions have been fixed for better usability. When the sidebar collapses the arrow now points right to indicate expansion. When expanded, it points left to indicate collapsing.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Self-Service Integration
A self-service integration for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) will be available, reducing bottlenecks and streamlining data sharing. Users can now set up the integration directly from the Platform Tools > Integrations page, eliminating the need to log support tickets. This integration automatically updates prospect records with webinar registration and attendance data, enabling more personalized and timely follow-ups.
New API Endpoint for Email Performance Statistics
A new API endpoint is now available that provides detailed email performance statistics for events. The API now exposes key email metrics, including email subject, total sent, total opened, open rate, delivered, delivery rate, clicked, clickthrough rate, and click-to-open rate. With this update, API users can analyze email performance across multiple events, helping them fine-tune messaging strategies.
Go Live
Stay Connected with Real-Time and Scheduled Notifications
You can now send out real-time or scheduled event notifications during a live event to keep your audience informed about changes, updates, and other important information. This feature ensures your customers stay in the loop, helping you deliver a smooth and engaging event experience.
